has come and gone. the day i thought would never come, and as it neared, wished it was september again. i am relieved. it was an odd night. some mighty funny and...odd memories will stay with me for a long time to come. i am truly proud that we all survived the adventure that was aftergrad too.

the two weeks is over.
vancouver was a success. a very enjoyable two days. i came back oh so very poor, but rich in american apparel items and cupcakes. the aquarium was..the aquarium. the sea otters made the whole trip worth it, with their adorable-ness. science world is always disappointing. although mr bullard made the trip very entertaining with his non-teacher like antics and jokes.it was very nice to visit with amanda and have a couple days away from home.

after over a month and a half of waiting Modest Mouse has come..and gone. but what a two days it was. after catching the 1:00 ferry over to Vancouver, Talia and I took a very hot long bus ride downtown where we walked to my cousins. just after 7:00 we headed to the Queen Elizabeth to see just how many people were there. i didn't expect so many.. but it was alright we got good seats up pretty close. the opening band, Camper Van Beethoven was very, blahh. but, Modest Mouse put on an amazing live show, which was all that mattered. the security was incredibly tight, and strict, so we had to stay in our seats for the whole show, which was some what lame. the set ended and the band left the stage while the crowd was still screaming. they screamed for a good 15-20 minutes before they returned for the encore. and they teased the crowd, a couple guys kept running back and forth across the stage before they finally came back out.
today, Talia, Amanda and I went shopping around town. I got a couple new shirts and a CD, Okkervil River- 'Black Sheep Boy'. we went for lunch and went to a Cupcake shop. all the store sells is cup cakes and really cute cakes. i absolutely loved it.

okayyy, i don't know the full story, but i think it will be in the paper tomorrow, and i will get all of the details then. but has anyone heard about, people killing the bald eagles in north vancouver?? there have been 26 eagles now killed. their legs are chopped off. and then they die. i can't even believe someone, now a days would/could EVER do this. i feel incredibly sick watching the news about it. the police have not caught who ever has done this but the fine is now around a million dollars. god, it sickens me, i hope they are stopped soon. im shaking. hahaha.
- math is over, i am SO glad/happy/relieved!! (lets just hope i passed it)
- socials was long, but easy, kind of sad that class is over, i sort of liked it.
- new classes on monday..twenty weeks with Rivers..OHBOY.
- im going to get the good camera (not a digital camera) fixed for photography tomorrow yaaaay!
i want to celebrate surviving the first half of the year!!! i do that by playing solitaire til midnight. wonderful. maybe i will go buy myself a cd tomorrow. because i don't do that often enough...

im in such a weird mood. partially really sad and part really happy though i have no reason to be either of those moods. i guess it is just little things. i can't find any music to listen to that suit my mood and it is frustrating me.
i ate so much dinner tonight and had the BEST PUMPKIN PIE EVER. ohh, it was so soft and fluffy and i want more. but i really don't think i could eat anything else tonight.
im so excited for next weekend because im allowed to get all the halloween stuff out and DECORATE. YESSS.
guess what i hate right now! MSN. IT IS BEING STUPID AND NOW I AM HYPER.
